PLEASE NOTE: We want to hire YOU, not your parents!!!

Though we can understand why some parents (espeically those of former campers) may want to check in regarding your application, we only discuss employment matters with the applicant or our staff members, themselves...

Direct communication between BDC and employment applicants, is a valuable part of the hiring process. Parents or family members of applicants are not a part of the hiring process, and may not be used as references...

This is not only our policy, but employment law as well, and we take it very seriously...

Thank you for your understanding and please discuss this policy with your parents... You would be shocked how many parents will reach out to us, often without their adult child's knowledge...
