A lifelong summer resident of Cape Cod, Layne brings a deep-rooted passion for the BDC community and years of specialized experience on Mariners and Sailors Hill. Recognized in her second summer for exceptional contribution and spirit, Layne cites receiving the MJP Award as her proudest personal and professional achievement to date. Layne’s academic background in Psychology and Elementary Education provides her with a unique toolkit for supporting child development and team dynamics. When she isn’t on the Cape or in the classroom, she competes as a dedicated member of the Saint Michael’s Lacrosse team, bringing that same competitive drive and teamwork to her role here at BDC!
