BDC Enrollment Process
- Create, or log into an existing account with CampMinder.
- Register for BDC Programs and EXTRAs in your CampMinder account.
- Once registered, the enrollment fee and ½ tuition will be applied to your account.
- The CampMinder Health History must be filled out, and a copy of your child’s latest Immunization Record must be on file in our office before your child’s enrollment is considered complete.

- The health history can be filled out by a parent or guardian in your CampMinder account, under FORMS and DOCUMENTS.
- Immunization records can be uploaded to your CampMinder account, emailed to bdchealthoffice@gmail.com, faxed or mailed to BDC – attn: Health Office.
YES, this has to be done EVERY YEAR, for new AND returning families – this is a state requirement. Thank you for your cooperation!
