Lilly Brown

BASE Director

Lilly is a rising senior at Dartmouth College, and will graduate with a BA in Anthropology and a minor in Education. Lilly grew up kayaking and sailing on Cape Cod in the summers and was a camper at BDC for three years. After working on the BASE staff in 2021 and 2022, Lilly is thrilled to return to BDC as BASE Director for the 2024 season. She is passionate about working with kids, loves the outdoors, and can’t wait to spend another fantastic summer on Cliff Pond! She looks forward to reuniting with campers and staff and being surrounded by the infectious camp energy of BDC!

BDC creates a space where campers can really thrive as individuals and feel good about who they are.

The way children are encouraged to have good spirit, kindness and hope is so important and you all do it so well!

Brewster Day Camp is an amazing place! Welcoming and belonging as core values were apparent from the first moments we stepped onto campus.

BDC is welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging! Everyone from the counselors to the parking lot staff are amazing. BDC is the best. Seriously, this is the best money I've spent on my child ever.

There is so much spirit and energy flowing through BDC! And best of all, BDC is inclusive of everyone…when you come to BDC, you are family.

BDC offers the flexibility of a day camp and the strong culture and tradition of an overnight camp community!

You create a warm, nurturing environment that is bursting with a feeling of community. Friday morning assemblies and Family Swim are a great example of that.

We love so much about BDC: the wonderful staff, the variety and quality of activities, and the overall atmosphere! BDC is one of the most genuine, warm-hearted places and we feel lucky to have it.

Brewster Day Camp makes everyone feel welcome and a part of the community. I’ve never seen anything like it!
